When was the last time you checked your Facebook email? Never? I don’t even think I could find mine if I had to.
It won’t much matter now, on Tuesday Facebook said that they are getting rid of the service completely.
“We’re making this change because most people haven’t been using their Facebook e-mail address, and we can focus on improving our mobile messaging experience for everyone,” Facebook said in a statement.
Apparently, I wasn’t the only person that didn’t access their Facebook emails.
The good news if you did use their email is that as Facebook phases it out, they will just forward any emails you have in there to the primary email address associated with your account. So, if you were the person that loved using their email service, you won’t be completely out of luck.
